License

Overview

When you purchase Flex Design System (‘Flex DS’) you are issued with a license that allows you to use it for specific purposes under certain terms and conditions.

The license grants permission to use the assets for various purposes, including client and internal projects, as well as social media and for the development of mobile apps, websites, or games.

However, the license clearly prohibits reselling or distributing the purchased product. Such activities violate the terms of the agreement and are both illegal and strictly forbidden.

Single License

License for solo designer, developer or freelancer – 1 user only

Team License

License for small teams, agencies and startups – Up to 5 users.

Unlimited License

License for large teams – Unlimited number of users.

What you can do

• Design websites for business and personal use.
• Design SaaS applications for business and personal use.
• Design digital or physical advertisements for business and personal use.
• Use Flex DS as a foundation to create design systems for yourself, your clients, or your company.

What you can’t do

• Use Flex DS to create a UI kit or design system, and redistribute or offer it for free or for sale.
• Develop a version of Flex DS and redistribute or offer it for free or for sale.
• Publish Flex DS in your team library or grant editing permissions to individuals without a license.
• Share Flex DS files or assets online, making them publicly accessible.
