License
Overview
When you purchase Flex Design System (‘Flex DS’) you are issued with a license that allows you to use it for specific purposes under certain terms and conditions.
The license grants permission to use the assets for various purposes, including client and internal projects, as well as social media and for the development of mobile apps, websites, or games.
However, the license clearly prohibits reselling or distributing the purchased product. Such activities violate the terms of the agreement and are both illegal and strictly forbidden.
Single License
License for solo designer, developer or freelancer – 1 user only
Team License
License for small teams, agencies and startups – Up to 5 users.
Unlimited License
License for large teams – Unlimited number of users.
Updates & Pricing
All Flex Design System licences are purchased with a one-off payment, regardless of whether you choose a Single, Team or Unlimited licence. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or renewal fees. Once purchased, you can continue using the version you received indefinitely, subject to the terms of this licence.
Your purchase grants access to Flex Design System in its current form at the time of purchase. While updates are not guaranteed as part of the licence, occasional improvements and maintenance releases may be issued at our discretion to ensure ongoing compatibility with the latest Figma features and workflows. As Figma continues to evolve, we will endeavour to keep Flex Design System aligned with relevant platform changes where practical.
What you can do
- Design websites for business and personal use.
- Design SaaS applications for business and personal use.
- Design digital or physical advertisements for business and personal use.
- Use Flex DS as a foundation to create design systems for yourself, your clients, or your company.
What you can’t do
- Use Flex DS to create a UI kit or design system, and redistribute or offer it for free or for sale.
- Develop a version of Flex DS and redistribute or offer it for free or for sale.
- Publish Flex DS in your team library or grant editing permissions to individuals without a license.
- Share Flex DS files or assets online, making them publicly accessible.

We assume no responsibility for any consequences that may occur from the use of Flex DS.
