Repair or Replacements

Great effort and care has been put into the creation of both the Flex Design System and this website, both to provide a quality product, but also to honestly demonstrate it’s capabilities.

Due to the digital nature of the products, we generally do not offer refunds after you have downloaded them.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act you have the right to a repair or replacement if you find that the downloaded item isn’t:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described on this website

Download Failures

Should a download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge.

Incorrect Fulfilment

If an incorrect download link was sent to you, we will send the correct link to you free of charge.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not accessed the downloaded link, then please get in contact and we will try our best to issue you a refund.
